Donna Hopkins describes how she survived breast cancer, not once but twice, and overcame the emergency amputation of her leg. She shares her guide to “living life to the fullest” and finding a purpose for your life.

NOAA’s 2020 National Disability Employment Awareness Month Program – “Increasing Access and Opportunity” (NOAA) – Celebrating 30 years of the Americans with Disabilities.

Donna speaks on being on both sides as an able-body person to now seeing things more clearly on the side of an amputee and those with disabilities.
